These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your interactions with us, including communications via SMS/text messaging, phone calls, our website (www.piccadillycap.com), and application processes.

1. Communications We may contact you via SMS/text messages and/or phone calls for informational and outreach purposes related to potential funding opportunities to support business growth and success. This includes personalized messages, such as: "Hey [Name], just reaching out to see if [Business Name] is still looking for funding to help growth and success."

SMS/Text Messaging: Messages are sent to business contacts obtained from compliant third-party lead sources that represent appropriate consent for communications in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other laws. Message frequency varies (occasional follow-ups; not guaranteed recurring). Message and data rates may apply — standard carrier charges could apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge additional fees.
Phone Calls: We may also place outbound calls (manual or otherwise compliant) to discuss funding options.
Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase, service, or application.
Opt-Out: For SMS, reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (you'll receive confirmation). Reply HELP for assistance. For calls, you may request removal from our lists verbally or via email.

2. Use of Our Services By applying for funding or providing contact information, you agree to these Terms. Applications are subject to approval based on eligibility criteria. We make no guarantees of approval or funding amounts.

4. Limitation of Liability We provide information "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our communications or services.

5. Governing Law These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes shall be resolved in Nassau County, New York.
